Wrong username/password error 691
  1. Check if you are using the correct username/password;
  2. Check if your account is expired;
  3. Check if you are already connecting to VPN server on another device, disconnect the connection on another device if there is;
  4. If you disconnect to our server abnormally, it takes some minutes for our server to detect this. You can wait 3 minutes before you try again;
PPTP VPN dial-up error 619
  1. Check if there is firewall software installed, and shutdown the firewall;
  2. Check if you use wireless router for internet, and enable PPTP VPN Pass Through;
  3. Try to enable the DMZ (Demilitarized Zone), and place your computer into the DMZ for unrestricted Internet access;
  4. Some wireless router (for example: D-Link DI 524M) do not support PPTP VPN, in this situation you can try our OpenVPN.
PPTP VPN dial-up error 800
  1. Check if there is firewall software installed, and shutdown the firewall;
  2. Check if you are using the server assigned to you, we may change the server IP but not the server address;
  3. Sometimes you can delete the PPTP VPN configuration, restart your system and router, and create a new connection step by step;
I connect to VPN successfully, but still can't use facebook, twitter
  1. This is most probably because of the DNS hijacking. Change your DNS server to 8.8.8.8 Google Public DNS
